Yaeli and Yoni Davis bring warmth, energy, and a deep love for Jewish life to their new role with JLIC in Kiryat Ono.
Yaeli grew up in London, with a few formative years in New York, and was raised in a home steeped in community involvement. After spending a gap year with Aardvark, she knew Israel was home. Since then, she has worked with JLIC at the Technion for nearly four years and is also a kallah teacher, passionate about Jewish learning and meaningful relationships.
Yoni is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to Israel after a gap year at Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu—where he met Yaeli. He studied at Yeshivat Eretz Hatzvi and later earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technion. The couple married in October 2021 and recently welcomed their daughter, Liel.
Together, Yaeli and Yoni are passionate about engaging with students from all backgrounds, building community, and showing that a vibrant, joyful Jewish life is not only possible—but deeply fulfilling. They’re excited to make their home in Kiryat Ono a true home away from home for students.
